It's an easy time of the year to get undisciplined and unhealthy: I would encourage you to make choices and not just 'slide' into behaviours and/or exercise habits, but instead consider things carefully and intentionally. :-)
A Life of Training: as one who has a history of training through various sports (running, weights, soccer, tennis, softball, cycling…(and golf)) and a desire for good nutrition; this is a place where I am capturing some of my activities and experiences with the hope of passing on what I'm learning as well as hearing from others further along than myself. (I’ve often thought the drive to exercise is ‘in my blood’ as it is such a deep part of who I am.)
