A Life of Training: as one who has a history of training through various sports (running, weights, soccer, tennis, softball, cycling…(and golf)) and a desire for good nutrition; this is a place where I am capturing some of my activities and experiences with the hope of passing on what I'm learning as well as hearing from others further along than myself. (I’ve often thought the drive to exercise is ‘in my blood’ as it is such a deep part of who I am.)

The first picture is a zoomed in photo of a brown silk garmet: those are the silk threads ... cool!
ReplyDeleteThe second picture is the center of a Rose. (Don't see many Rose centers, due to flowers not fully opening when purchased: these were beautiful!!)
