A Life of Training: as one who has a history of training through various sports (running, weights, soccer, tennis, softball, cycling…(and golf)) and a desire for good nutrition; this is a place where I am capturing some of my activities and experiences with the hope of passing on what I'm learning as well as hearing from others further along than myself. (I’ve often thought the drive to exercise is ‘in my blood’ as it is such a deep part of who I am.)

The rest is under water. It's actually very relaxing when you're not kicking (you have fins on your feet - or over your water shoes).
ReplyDeleteWow, what fun... It looks like a catfish fry that evening. And not to alarm you, but that is a water moccasin or cotton mouth, known to be aggressive; nothing to mess with... DJ
ReplyDeleteThat's a little alarming; especially as I drifted past and watched the snake move and keep its eyes on me. It was a BIG snake . I would have freeked out if it had come off the rock and into the water towards me!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for identifing it: any ideas on they type of that hudge spider?
