Tue

"There were four things in there that I don't eat.." - was what I heard after riding and fixing a recovery smoothie for D.D. It had two kinds of apples, carrot, sweet potato, beet, flax seed, almond, spinach, whey protein, soy milk, crasins, blue berries, straw berries and ice.

"That's more vegetables than I've eaten in two weeks." - was what I heard as I fixed lunch for and had lunch with B.S. One fork full had Spinach, sweet potato, crasin, two types of onion, carrot, garlic, two types of bell pepper and chicken! :-) My kind of a lunch.

It's nice to hear things like this when I'm sharing meals with others.
