A Life of Training: as one who has a history of training through various sports (running, weights, soccer, tennis, softball, cycling…(and golf)) and a desire for good nutrition; this is a place where I am capturing some of my activities and experiences with the hope of passing on what I'm learning as well as hearing from others further along than myself.
