Rest Morning

Last night was a late night, as have been the last several ... so this morning was a morning off. It was nice to sleep in and listen to the thunder storm. 

I may exercise at lunch, but most likely I'll let today be a rest day and will plan on some time on the trainer and some weights tomorrow morning. 

The training chart is ruled by me - not the other way around! It's important that I remind myself of this and exercise than knowledge too.
